Restoring a 700-year-old Catalan masia · opening autumn 2027 — Watch it come back to life.

The house was first recorded in the 13th century as the mas d’en Pere Ferrer. Restoring the oldest of its two houses uncovered a great semicircular arch; now comes the next chapter. Follow the work, and meet the families who lived here, in our journal and film series.

This masia will outlive us; our job is to restore it and hand it on. Around it we are weaving a raw, minimal Wild Spa into the Garraf forest — modular, on minimal foundations, in untreated wood, stone and steel, lit only by warm solar lights where safety needs it. And we open our doors to local makers, historians and schools.

How do we get there?

Fly into Barcelona El Prat (BCN), about 35 minutes by car. Sitges train station is 15 minutes away for day trips into Barcelona.

How many guests can stay and celebrate?

The masia sleeps 18 — 8 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Weddings, corporate events and retreats welcome up to 50 guests, with parking for 30 cars on site.

Why don’t you show prices?

Every stay is exclusive use, and no two groups want the same week. We send one clear proposal for your dates, group and experiences — within 24 hours.

Can my proposal be in US dollars, pounds or Canadian dollars?

Yes — we can quote in EUR, USD, GBP or CAD. [Settlement currency and deposit terms to confirm.]
