Why don’t you show prices?

Every stay is exclusive use, and no two groups want the same week. We prefer to send one clear proposal that reflects your dates, group and the experiences you choose.

When can we book?

We open in autumn 2027. Join the waitlist to hear first; enquiries for later dates are welcome now.

Can we book on Airbnb or Booking.com?

Once open, weeks will also be listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, on one shared calendar. Booking direct lets us tailor your experiences. [Direct-booking benefit to confirm]

How many guests can stay?

18 overnight guests in 8 double bedrooms plus a sofa bed; weddings, corporate events and retreats up to 50 guests.
