The day — A sample itinerary

Shaped around your group and the partner cellars’ calendar. [Partner cellars to confirm]

  1. Morning
    Pick-up at the masia
Your driver-guide collects the group at Masia Vella Olivella and heads inland, down from the Garraf into the vineyards of the Penedès.
  2. Late morning
    Into the cellars
A family cava house opens its underground galleries: riddling racks, second fermentation in bottle, and a tasting from young brut to long-aged reserves.
  3. Lunch
A long table in the countryside
Seasonal Catalan cooking at a farmhouse or winery restaurant, paired with Penedès wines.
  4. Afternoon
A small vineyard, a second tasting
A walk in the rows of a smaller grower working with native grapes like Xarel·lo — the same varieties we are planting at home.
  5. Evening
Back for the sauna and the fire
Home before sunset, with a few bottles for dinner.
